Dr. Joshua Kohan

Dr. Joshua Kohan offers a warm, relatable, and highly personalized approach to pediatric dentistry. A California native, Dr. Kohan earned his undergraduate degree from the esteemed University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he graduated among the top of his class.

With over five years of experience as a lead dentist in a prominent pediatric dental clinic, Dr. Kohan has delivered compassionate, high-quality dental care to thousands of young patients. His own experiences as a father of two young children enable him to connect deeply with kids—he understands their interests, favorite movies, shows, and characters, allowing him to build genuine rapport and trust with each patient.

Dr. Kohan’s philosophy centers around creating enjoyable dental experiences, reducing anxiety, and building a positive foundation for lifelong oral health. His friendly and patient approach makes dental visits comfortable, fun, and stress-free.

Committed to staying at the forefront of his profession, Dr. Kohan continually updates his knowledge by studying the latest advancements and technologies in dentistry. When he's away from the clinic, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing basketball, snowboarding, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Ma. Margarita “DRG” Galang

Dr. Ma. Margarita “DRG” Galang, D.M.D., is a friendly, dedicated pediatric dentist with 23 years of experience. A former Class President at Centro Escolar University—College of Dentistry, she served as a Clinician Club member and Student Assistant in the Dean’s Office. DRG embraces every challenge in pediatric care with open arms, striving to deliver the best for every child. Inspired by her young patients’ smiles and hugs, she created “STARSMILE”—because her patients are the stars who make her smile.

Outside the clinic, DRG enjoys documentaries, current events, and true stories. Her hobbies include painting, arts and crafts, puzzles, and sports such as swimming, tennis, and table tennis. Warm, funny, and hardworking, she is committed to supporting each child’s dental health journey with patience, skill, and a welcoming spirit.

Elma I. – Office Manager

Elma began her dental career back in 2004 as an office manager for an upcoming Children’s Dental Office in Santa Ana. She has always worked in the Pediatric field since. She enjoys working in Pediatric especially interacting with the kids. She is passionate on making sure that kids gets the treatment that they need in order to be cavity free for an overall healthy smile. Elma loves to travel, dine out and party on her free time and also values quality time with her husband Michael and their pup Jake.

Patricia A. – Registered Dental Assistant

"Patita" as everyone calls her has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She is a highly trained registered dental assistant for as long as 15 plus years. She loves working with kids and teens. She has been a long staple of the practice and is known and requested by parents. Parents appreciate her friendly and fun manner. She enjoys spending time and taking care of her 3 kids and her pets.

Evelyn M. - Dental Assistant

Evelyn has been in the dental field for over 8 years and worked with both kids and adults. She has been a good dental assistant to our team and brings experience in the field. When not at work she loves spending time with her boyfriend Frenchoo as well as her twin sister. Evelyn also enjoys leisurely walking in the park when she is not busy working out. She also has a niche for doing Makeup!

Ytzel C. - Dental Assistant

Ytzel is the youngest in the group and also has been a dental assistant since 2023. She has proven that she can be a good addition to the team by becoming a strong dental assistant. When not busy with her regular duties she also serves us our Social Media creator for the office as she loves to pursue being a Social Media influencer. When Ytzel is not at work she likes spending time with her cat "Lucky" and also to watch concert especially of Harry Styles (she states that she is the number 1 fan)

Alexandra C. -  Back Office Supervisor/RDA

Alex has been in the dental field since 2016 and became a Registered Dental Assistant soon after. Besides being an assistant she also serves as the back office flow supervisor making sure things goes well in the back office. Alex is passionate about dental health and loves her job, specifically educating parents and kids about the importance of proper brushing and hygiene. Alex spends her free time with her beloved pets (cats and dogs) and her husband Sal. They love to spend their time at Disneyland on their free time.

Fidelina B. – Front Office

Fidelina joined our team in 2022 and since have been a valuable part of the front office team. She serves as the front person that helps everyone with phone calls, appointments and insurances, she is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service and attention. She is a native of California and has lived here most of her life. During her free time, Fidelina enjoys and value spending quality time with her husband David and 5 kids; 4 boys and 1 girl.

Leslie A. – Front Office

Leslie joined the team in 2023. In 3 years she has managed to learn front office and is now also just received her dental assistant certification that she took a class back in 2025. She is now splitting her time in the front and also training as an assistant. She still has a lot to learn, but she surely enjoys her responsibilities specially interacting with patients and parents. Leslie aspires to be Dental Hygienists in the future. Leslie loves to cook and spends time with her baby.

DAISY – Biller

Daisy is the biller for the Anaheim and as well as the Baldwin Park office. Besides billing for both offices she also still finds time to help out at our sister office locations in the LA area. She has been in the dental field for 25 years which she spent 5 years as the front office and has been a biller since then. Daisy Loves to travel, enjoys scary movies and natural reading. She spends a lot of her time with her daughter “Chloe”
